Check in time is from 3pm, and check out time is 12 noon. Should you wish to check in early or check out late due to your travel timings, please request this from our reception team with at least 24-hours notice. They will do their best to accommodate, though it can never be guaranteed. You can reach out to them by emailing them on res.andalusia@okuhotels.com, or clicking the button here.

OKU Andalusia has parking spaces available for hotel guests, and valet parking is provided complimentary.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms and public areas.

Our fully equipped gym offers a range of cardio and strength-training equipment and is open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm.

Our 2,000m² spa features an indoor pool, thermal experiences, a meditation courtyard, yoga deck and a range of personalised wellness treatments.

Room service is available 24 hours a day, allowing you to enjoy food and drinks from the comfort of your room whenever you wish.

Babysitting services are available on request. We recommend arranging this in advance through our Guest Experience team.

A laundry and ironing service is available throughout your stay. Simply contact Reception to arrange collection, and our team will take care of the rest.

OKU Andalusia is designed to be accessible, with ramps, lifts and adapted guest rooms available. If you require additional assistance before or during your stay, our team will be happy to help.

While we are animal lovers at heart at OKU, unfortunately we do not welcome pets into any of the hotel areas, and we don’t offer pet friendly rooms in our hotels at this time.
