OKU’s acclaimed Executive Chef, Mark Vaessen, is renowned for his mastery of fusion and Japanese cuisine. Mark has designed innovative menus at OKU Ibiza’s drinking and dining spots; from our all-day menu at To Kima to the refreshing juice bar, and our new fusion dining restaurant, Teyo. We welcome guests with dietary preferences, with dedicated selections for those who eat gluten-free, vegan and more.
Visitors and outside guests are welcome to dine in our restaurants, or book a selection of day passes at limited availability to enjoy the hotel facilities.
To Kima is OKU Ibiza’s laidback restaurant serving a nourishing breakfast followed by a refined yet casual all-day lunch menu inspired by island life. Mediterranean cuisine takes on a twist of Asian and tropical fusion flavours. Enjoy sharing dishes, light bites, fresh salads and grills – best enjoyed by the pool, in your room, or on To Kima’s al fresco terrace overlooking our small pool, accompanied by a gentle soundtrack of Ibizan tunes.
Teyo takes diners on a mouth-watering culinary journey, inspired by the flavours of Japan, Asia and South America. Open exclusively for dinner, hotel guests and outside visitors will experience delectable fusion cuisine at its finest.
The heart of our hotel is our main adults-only swimming pool, where you will find the OKU bar serving thirst-quenching refreshments ‘til late, accompanied by the sounds of our DJ. The bar is the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif at sunset or a nightcap following dinner at the OKU Restaurant.
In a palm-fringed corner of the main pool you will find our healthy juice bar, offering a menu of colourful fresh juices, protein smoothies and vitamin boosters all day. Take a refreshing break from the sun, with all juices and smoothies made to order from fresh produce from local organic farms.
