At OKU Ibiza we have curated a collection of such options inspired by the island itself. We invite you to join one of our regular activities – provided complimentary to guests in small groups – or try one of our bespoke experiences, designed with wellbeing and enrichment in mind; from learning a new skill, to discovering local gastronomy, or exploring breath taking natural scenery on land or sea.
Our expert chefs will provide a private masterclass in the OKU kitchen, teaching the art of sashimi and Japanese cooking. This experience will give you insight to the delicate knife skills, rolling techniques, produce selection, flavour profiles and more, ending with a private lunch to enjoy your creations, alongside paired sake.
Taste our favourite selection of sakes and learn about the intricate world of the traditional Japanese rice wine. Discover the different techniques and results for treating the rice and brewing the sake, as well as ways of serving; from sweet to spicy, hot to cold.
Explore Ibiza’s famous turquoise coves by sea with a bespoke private boat charter. Route options may take you over to the national park of Formentera island, or the enchanting Es Vedra outcrop, or even to the little-explored north of the island – the choice is yours.

Hierbas is a local elixir to the Balearic islands, based on an ancient Mediterranean tradition cherished in Ibiza. It involves the art of crafting herbal liqueurs using a carefully selected blend of aromatic herbs, spices, fruits, and botanicals. In this interactive session, you can choose your favourite flavours to diffuse, and take your unique concoction home with you.
