Check in time is from 3pm, and check out time is 12 noon. Should you wish to check in early or check out late due to your travel timings, please request this from our reception team with at least 24-hours notice. OKU Ibiza has parking spaces available for hotel guests, and valet parking is provided complimentary.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms and public areas.

Our fully equipped gym is open 24 hours a day and offers a range of modern fitness equipment, allowing you to work out whenever it suits you.

Our spa offers a range of personalised treatments designed to help you relax and recharge. Guests can also enjoy complimentary daily yoga classes in our dedicated yoga studio, with private sessions available on request.

Room service is available 24 hours a day, allowing you to enjoy food and drinks from the comfort of your room whenever you wish.

Babysitting services are available on request. We recommend arranging this in advance through our Concierge team.

A laundry and ironing service is available throughout your stay. Simply contact Reception to arrange collection, and our team will take care of the rest.

Guests can enjoy two outdoor swimming pools, including our signature adults-only main pool and a separate family-friendly pool. Both pools are open daily from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

Non-residents are welcome to experience OKU Ibiza with one of our day passes, including access to our adults-only main pool, comfortable sunbeds or Bali beds, and the option to enjoy dining, drinks and spa treatments throughout the day. Advance booking is recommended, subject to availability.

While we are animal lovers at heart at OKU, unfortunately we do not welcome pets into any of the hotel areas, and we don’t offer pet friendly rooms in our hotels at this time.
